Exo
ExoMove Mark IV – regain movement, reclaim autonomy.
ExoMove Mark IV is our most advanced medical exoskeleton designed to assist people with motor disabilities in walking again.
Lightweight, modular, and intelligent, it supports hip and knee movement while respecting natural gait. Developed through co-design workshops with APF France Handicap and multiple clinical tests, it’s more than a device — it’s a step toward independence.
Through co-design with users, real-life trials, and medical precision, we create solutions that adapt to the person — not the other way around.
We developed ExoCare to meet the needs of physical therapists and patients alike.
A modular, suspended design to support every stage of recovery — from passive mobilization to active training.
EXO
ExoCare – full-body suspended rehabilitation.
ExoCare is a medical-grade exoskeleton designed to assist patients during neuromuscular or post-traumatic rehabilitation.
Suspended by a flexible support system, it allows controlled and safe movement of the entire body, helping restore mobility without stress on joints. Adaptable to each patient’s progress, it brings precision and comfort to every session.
Stretch
StretchCare – mono-joint rehabilitation made simple.
StretchCare is a lightweight, modular rehabilitation device designed to support controlled mobilization of one joint at a time — shoulder, elbow, knee or ankle.
Its adaptable structure allows therapists to personalize the range of motion, resistance and articulation depending on the patient’s condition and progress. Easy to use, intuitive, and built for precision, it turns passive therapy into active progress.
Designed in collaboration with rehabilitation professionals, StretchCare simplifies mono-articular re-education with medical precision, flexibility, and real-time adjustability.
Recognized by health, tech and impact-focused competitions, including the Fondation Université Côte d’Azur and BFM Academy.
Including ExoMove Mark IV and StretchCare, developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Based on clinical pilot testing of EXOCARE and EXOMOVE with patients and caregivers.
Each of our devices is built with science, empathy and real-world validation. Here’s what sets us apart.
Grounded in medical protocols and iterative field testing.
Our devices adjust to the user’s anatomy, progress, and rehabilitation needs.
Lightweight & intuitive · Joint-specific or full-body · Suitable for clinical & home use · Progress tracking ready · Award-winning innovation
At Somanity, innovation serves more than performance — it serves people.
Our medical devices are designed with environmental care, user dignity, and long-term impact in mind.
Eco-conscious materials & modularity
We design parts to be repairable, upgradable and locally manufacturable.
Co-developed with caregivers, clinicians and users to meet real needs in real settings.
From single-joint rehab to full-body support — our tools adapt to both clinical constraints and patient progression.
Compact, transportable, intuitive. Our systems are designed to fit care pathways, not redesign them.
Backed by clinical trials, user testing, and awards from leading health and tech institutions.
Our devices are developed in accordance with European medical directives and are currently in the validation phase for CE marking. Clinical trials and user tests have been conducted with professional partners.
Each device addresses a specific phase of recovery:
StretchCare for mono-joint mobilization (knee, shoulder, etc.)
ExoCare for suspended rehab and postural retraining
ExoMove Mark IV for assisted gait recovery in patients with motor impairments
They can be used in neurology, geriatrics, orthopedics, or long-term care.
Yes. All devices are modular and adjustable in size, intensity, and mechanical assistance. Therapists can customize protocols to each patient’s profile and progress.
Somanity devices are designed to be intuitive and lightweight. StretchCare and ExoCare can be used by any trained physiotherapist or occupational therapist. ExoMove IV requires specific onboarding and supervision by clinical staff.
We are integrating compatible ports for motion capture, EMG, and AI-enhanced feedback. This enables progress tracking and objective assessment during sessions (especially for ExoMove and ExoCare).
